Production Roles
Falhen Media · Production Crew

Behind Every
Great Broadcast
Is a Great Crew.

We're building the production team behind elite sports media. Five specialist roles, zero experience required for some — just real drive and the hunger to learn on the job.

Applications reviewed every Monday · Roles open to volunteers & interns

The Five Roles

Each role is a real part of how we produce. Pick yours, read what it actually involves, and apply below when you're ready.

01

Linear Producer

Run the full broadcast programme from open to close.

Mid to SeniorVolunteer / Intern

The Linear Producer owns the on-air flow. You're responsible for scheduling segments, managing real-time timing, and ensuring every broadcast moment hits as planned. You'll coordinate with directors, segment producers, and on-air talent to make sure the show runs seamlessly from the first whistle to the final wrap.
