Every aspect of the Pitch2Pro experience is designed with player safety, health, and wellbeing at the center.

On-Site Medical Team

  • Licensed athletic trainers present at every session
  • Certified EMTs on standby during all matches
  • Fully stocked first‑aid stations at each field
  • AED (defibrillator) devices accessible within 60 seconds
  • Concussion assessment protocols (SCAT6) enforced

Player Safeguarding

  • All staff undergo background checks and vetting
  • Mandatory safeguarding training for every adult on‑site
  • Designated safeguarding officer available 24/7
  • Zero‑tolerance policy for bullying, harassment, or abuse

Heat & Weather Safety

  • Wet Bulb Globe Temperature (WBGT) monitoring every 30 minutes
  • Mandatory water breaks every 20 minutes in high heat
  • Shaded rest areas and cooling stations provided

  • Modified schedules or cancellations when conditions are unsafe

Injury Prevention

Emergency Procedures

In the event of a serious injury or medical emergency, our team follows a strict 6-step protocol.

Immediate Response

The nearest staff member assesses the situation and calls for the on-site medical team. Play is stopped immediately.

Medical Assessment

The athletic trainer evaluates the player on-field. If the player cannot be safely moved, the area is secured.

Parent / Guardian Notification

The designated safeguarding officer contacts the player's parent or guardian immediately with a status update.

Emergency Services

If the injury requires hospital care, 911 is called. Our team coordinates ambulance access and provides medical history.

Incident Documentation

A detailed incident report is filed within 1 hour, including witness statements, photos, and medical notes.

Follow-Up & Return-to-Play

The player must receive medical clearance before returning. Our medical team coordinates with the player's physician.
